City of Hope Orange County Presents Greater Irvine Chamber June 27 Celebrate Irvine Event

City of Hope Orange County is the presenting sponsor for the Greater Irvine Chamber 2024 Celebrate Irvine event on Thursday, June 27, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Irvine, 17900 Jamboree Rd.

“City of Hope Orange County is pleased to partner with Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce to present Celebrate Irvine, which recognizes the people and businesses that make this city so special,” said Annette Walker, president, City of Hope Orange County. “As Orange County’s most advanced cancer care, City of Hope Orange County is grateful to call Irvine home to our comprehensive cancer center and soon, Orange County’s only specialty cancer hospital.”

City of Hope is Orange County’s most advanced cancer care. As one of the largest cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States and a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center, City of Hope brings to Orange County programs and services previously unavailable. Its cancer care network includes City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center in Irvine — the most advanced comprehensive cancer center in Orange County – and regional clinics in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Newport Beach. City of Hope is also building Orange County’s only specialty cancer hospital, opening in 2025.

Patients have access to City of Hope’s more than 600 physicians and 1,000 researchers and scientists solely dedicated to treating and curing cancer and access to more than 800 clinical trials each year – the most cancer-focused clinical trials in California. City of Hope’s discoveries impact 100 million people around the world each year — and each new discovery brings more hope to people with cancer and their families.

City of Hope’s cancer center, regional clinics, and planned hospital will create Orange County’s largest network dedicated exclusively to cancer treatment and cures.
