The idea for this event began with a simple experience at a Chamber networking gathering in June 2024. I spoke with two different bank leaders. Both faced the same economy, the same interest rates, and the same challenges. Yet one described a year of growth and opportunity while the other spoke of setbacks and difficulty meeting goals.

That moment raised an important question. What sets exceptional leaders and organizations apart when they are working in the same environment with the same resources as everyone else.
