During ASPIRE, the Greater Irvine Chamber will recognize early- to mid-career professionals under 40 who are making a difference in their organizations, industries, and communities.
The power workshop includes ample networking opportunities over buffet breakfast and lunch.

Nominee Criteria
- Be under 40 years of age as of Nov. 12, 2026
- Be gainfully employed in Orange County or own a business based in Orange County
- Have made notable contributions to advance their organization and/or industry
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire colleagues, peers, or the broader community
- Show a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
- Exhibit integrity, innovation, and impact in their role or business
- Contribute positively to the Orange County community, whether through professional work, volunteerism, or civic engagement
- Must attend ASPIRE Professional Development Workshop to receive award
