The Greater Irvine Chamber is proud to announce that the annual 40 Under 40 Awards have been reimagined as the Aspiring Leaders Recognition, presented at the ASPIRE 2025 Half-Day Power Conference on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, at the Westin South Coast Plaza, in Costa Mesa.
This recognition celebrates Orange County’s early- to mid-career professionals who are under 40 and are making a difference in their organizations, industries, and communities. Honorees represent the next generation of leadership—those demonstrating innovation, vision, and the drive to lead with impact.
Nominee Criteria
- Be under 40 years of age as of November 20, 2025
- Be gainfully employed in Orange County or own a business based in Orange County
- Have made notable contributions to advance their organization and/or industry
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire colleagues, peers, or the broader community
- Show a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
- Exhibit integrity, innovation, and impact in their role or business
- Contribute positively to the Orange County community, whether through professional work, volunteerism, or civic engagement

The top 10 honorees will be recognized during the ASPIRE 2025, in front of business peers.
