The Greater Irvine Chamber is introducing the 2026 Peer Advisory Forum, a year-long, stand-alone leadership program designed to provide executives and rising professionals with a trusted circle of peers to refine strategy, implement change, and gain candid, actionable feedback. Two exclusive cohorts will be offered: one for Senior Leaders and one for Advancing Leaders.
The Forum builds on the Greater Irvine Chamber’s 2025 ASPIRE theme, Connect. Develop. Advance., carrying these principles forward into meaningful, real-world application. From December 2025 through December 2026, members will meet monthly to tackle the most critical elements of leadership growth—sharing real challenges, gaining peer insights, and holding themselves accountable for measurable progress.
The December 2025 session will serve as a launch point, helping participants create actionable plans to start 2026 with clarity and momentum.
The Senior Leaders Cohort is designed for executives seeking to sharpen their leadership strategy while developing the next generation of leaders within their organizations. The Advancing Leaders Cohort equips professionals with the tools, peer support, and practical insights needed to accelerate their growth and confidently advance in their leadership journey.
Facilitated by Chris Rosenberg, founder of The Meridian Advisory Group, the Forum draws on her 20+ years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, including leading peer advisory groups, global retreats, and executive roundtables with C-suite leaders worldwide. A published author and contributor to Fortune and Business Insider, Rosenberg is recognized for her dynamic, results-driven approach to leadership development.
Participation is limited to one 2026 cohort, ensuring balanced groups and an optimal peer experience.
