Behzad Faridnia, president of OC Tech Innovations, has been named the 2026 Greater Irvine Chamber Engagement Leader, recognizing his consistent participation across Chamber events, programs, and committees.
A Chamber member since 2022, Faridnia has become a valued and highly engaged contributor to the Chamber community. In 2025, he joined the Ambassador Committee, further expanding his involvement and service. He currently serves as a mentor for the program.
“The most significant benefit I have received as a Greater Irvine Chamber member is the meaningful relationships I have built with local leaders and business owners,” said Faridnia. “My role as an Ambassador has expanded my visibility and network in the community and strengthened my impact by allowing me to support others and contribute to the growth and success of Irvine’s business community.”
Faridnia is a member of Leads Group 1, where he serves as Membership Chair. He also serves as an instructor for the Leads Groups 101 Training program, helping orient new and prospective participants to the program, and is a member of the newly formed Emerging Creative Technologies Committee.
In addition to regularly attending and volunteering at workshops, networking programs, and signature events, Faridnia contributes his expertise to Chamber programming and initiatives.
Faridnia serves as president and chief innovator of Irvine-based OC Tech Innovations, where he leads the development of secure and scalable technology solutions for businesses. He specializes in cybersecurity, system integration, and managed IT services. He is a licensed California contractor, FAA-licensed drone operator, graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, certified FEMA disaster volunteer, and active member of the Irvine Community Emergency Response Team.
