To recognize exemplary businesses and individuals who are driving positive change and innovation in Irvine, nominations—including self-nominations—for the Greater Irvine Chamber’s annual business awards are being accepted through Sunday, May 3.
The awards will be presented at the Chamber’s Celebrate Irvine & Mid-Year Economic Calibration event, presented by JSX, on Thursday, June 11, 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., at the Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport, 18800 MacArthur Blvd.
Nominations and self-nominations for organizations and individuals impacting Irvine's economy and commuity are being accepted in the following categories:
- Business of the Year – Honors a business that has demonstrated exceptional leadership, ingenuity, and purpose through a strong and creative business model, advancing both its own success and the broader Irvine business community.
- Nonprofit of the Year – Recognizes a nonprofit organization that has made significant strides in serving and uplifting the Irvine community through meaningful, measurable impact.
- Innovative Business of the Year – Celebrates an organization that has introduced groundbreaking products, services, or processes that meaningfully improve lives, transform industries, or drive economic progress.
- Startup of the Year – Acknowledges a new venture that has achieved notable early success with a relevant, market-responsive offering and shows strong promise for continued growth.
- Executive of the Year – Honors an exceptional leader who exemplifies professionalism and inspires high performance, driving organizational success and contributing to a thriving local economy.
- Entrepreneur of the Year – Recognizes a visionary entrepreneur who has brought a new venture to market in a compelling and impactful way, demonstrating bold leadership and strong business acumen.
- Visionary Leader of the Year – Celebrates a forward-thinking leader who sets ambitious goals, pioneers new approaches, and inspires others through innovative achievements and transformative leadership.
- Community Impact Award – Honors an outstanding volunteer whose dedication, service, and advocacy have made a meaningful and positive difference in the community.

Honorees will be selected by an anonymous committee based on the strength of the nomination, not the number of submissions.
Early-bird tickets for the 2026 Celebrate Irvine & Mid-Year Economic Calibration event are $210 for Greater Irvine Chamber members and $260 for non-members, through May 11. Beginning May 12, ticket prices are $260 and $305, respectively. A chef-curated pre-fixe lunch and complimentary parking are included. Sponsorships and tables are available for purchase.
