Nominations and self-nominations are being accepted for the Greater Irvine Chamber Aspiring Leaders Awards, presented at the 2026 ASPIRE Professional Development Workshop on Thursday Nov 12, 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM at UCI Beall Applied Innovation.
This recognition celebrates Orange County’s early- to mid-career professionals who are under 40 and are making a difference in their organizations, industries, and communities. Honorees represent the next generation of leadership—those demonstrating innovation, vision, and the drive to lead with impact.
Nominee Criteria
- Be under 40 years of age as of Nov. 12, 2026
- Be gainfully employed in Orange County or own a business based in Orange County
- Have made notable contributions to advance their organization and/or industry
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire colleagues, peers, or the broader community
- Show a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
- Exhibit integrity, innovation, and impact in their role or business
- Contribute positively to the Orange County community, whether through professional work, volunteerism, or civic engagement
- Must attend ASPIRE Professional Development Workshop to receive award
Nominations are open now and will close EOD Wednesday, Sept. 30.
