For his outstanding engagement and contributions to the Greater Irvine Chamber, its members, and the broader business community, Behzad Faridnia, president of OC Tech Innovations, has been named the Greater Irvine Chamber Ambassador of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2026.
"Behzad exemplifies what it means to be an Ambassador," said Greater Irvine Chamber President & CEO Dave Coffaro. "He is a community leader, willing and able to share his deep expertise, and consistently invest in the success of others, which has made a lasting impact on our Chamber community."
A member since 2022, Faridnia has distinguished himself through active participation across Greater Irvine Chamber programs, committees, networking events, and signature events. He joined the Chamber's Ambassador Committee in 2025 and now serves as a mentor, helping to welcome and engage new members while fostering meaningful connections throughout the Greater Irvine Chamber community.
Faridnia also serves on the Greater Irvine Chamber's Foundational Technology Advisory Council and contributes his expertise to member programming, such as the Chamber's member-led Information Seminar Series, where he presented a cybersecurity program designed to help small businesses strengthen their digital defenses. He is an active member of Leads Group 1, where he serves as Membership Chair, and volunteers as an instructor for the Leads Groups 101 training program, helping orient new and prospective participants.
In recognition of his exceptional commitment and service, Faridnia was also honored as the Greater Irvine Chamber's 2026 Engagement Leader during the Greater Irvine Chamber's Annual Members Meeting in January.
"Being a Chamber Ambassador has given me a front-row seat to Irvine's business community," Faridnia said. "The relationships I've built have turned into referral partnerships, new clients, and lasting friendships. It's strengthened how I connect people with valuable resources and shaped how OC Tech shows up as a trusted local partner."
As President and Chief Innovator of Irvine-based OC Tech Innovations, Faridnia leads the development of secure, scalable technology solutions specializing in cybersecurity, system integration, and managed IT services. He founded the company with the mission of making enterprise-grade cybersecurity and technology guidance accessible to the small businesses and nonprofits that often lack the resources to implement these critical protections—a mission that continues to guide every client relationship.
Faridnia is a licensed California contractor, FAA-certified drone pilot, graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, certified FEMA disaster volunteer, and an Irvine Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member.
Greater Irvine Chamber Ambassadors are a dynamic group of member volunteers who welcome new members, foster engagement, and help businesses maximize the value of their Chamber membership. Each quarter, the Greater Irvine Chamber recognizes one Ambassador whose exceptional service and commitment exemplify the organization's mission to advance economic vitality and strengthen Orange County's largest business community.
