The Greater Irvine Chamber has named David Donnelly, chief operating officer of Xvantage Partners, as its 2026 Member of the Year, recognizing his outstanding engagement, leadership, and dedicated support across multiple areas of Chamber involvement.
Donnelly has been actively involved with the Greater Irvine Chamber since joining in 2019. In 2022, he became a Chamber Ambassador and now serves as Ambassador Committee Chair, following his previous role as Vice Chair. In this leadership position, he plays a key role in welcoming new members and helping them maximize the value of their Chamber membership.
“The most significant benefit of being an Ambassador is the opportunity to welcome new Chamber members and advise them on how to make the Chamber work best for them and their business,” Donnelly said.
In addition to his Ambassador leadership, Donnelly is a member of Leads Group 2, where he has served as Vice Chair. He also serves on the Signature Events Advisory Council and is a regular participant in the Chamber’s signature programs and networking events.
Donnelly brings more than 35 years of leadership experience, primarily in the hospitality industry, where he held executive roles with Marriott, Starwood, Wyndham, and private clubs. His background includes recruiting, hiring, and leading hundreds of employees, managing $20 million operations, and mentoring teams of managers and directors.
As principal executive of Xvantage Partners, Donnelly helps small- and medium-sized businesses hire and retain top talent while refining operational and revenue strategies. His firm specializes in recruiting, employee retention, organizational structure, sales strategy, operational efficiency, financial management, and executive coaching for both in-organization leadership development and career transitions.
The Greater Irvine Chamber congratulates David Donnelly and thanks him for his exceptional service, leadership, and commitment to the Chamber community.
