Two highly respected individuals will moderate candidate discussions during the Greater Irvine Chamber’s 2024 Irvine Candidates Forum, on Tuesday, Oct. 1
Kate Klimow, chief operating officer and associate vice chancellor, Advancement Operations, University Advancement & Alumni Relations at University of California, Irvine, will moderate the Irvine City Council Candidates Forum, 1 – 4 p.m.
TheHonorable Gaddi H. Vasquez, retired U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Organizations in Rome, will moderate the Irvine Mayoral Candidates, 4:30 – 6 p.m.
The 2024 Irvine Candidates Forum will provide an opportunity for Greater Irvine Chamber members and the community at large to hear directly from Irvine city council and mayoral candidates about their perspectives and goals regarding key issues affecting local businesses and the quality of life in Irvine.
One of the Greater Irvine Chamber's long-standing principal goals is to inform and educate its members and the broader community about vital public policy issues facing the region. In keeping with that goal, the 2024 Irvine Candidates Forum was designed to significantly contribute to the understanding and progress of the community.
Individual pre-registration tickets are free for Greater Irvine Chamber members and $10 for non-members. Space is limited; early registration is recommended. Free parking and refreshments are included. Held in Irvine, the exact location of the 2024 Irvine Candidates Forum will be provided to registrants by Sept. 30.
The 2024 Irvine Candidates Forum is presented by the Greater Irvine Chamber in partnership with the City of Irvine and University of California, Irvine.
