The Greater Irvine Chamber installed its new 2025-2026 Board of Directors during a recent Board meeting. Four Orange County executives are newly joining the Board this term:
Paul Castillo, Partner, Assurance & Advisory, SingerLewak
Castillo is a Certified Public Accountant in the Assurance and Advisory practice based in the Irvine office of SingerLewak. He has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audits of Nonprofits, ERISA and Employee Benefit Plans, and Professional Services organizations. Paul is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
Tim Jaeger, Executive Vice President, University Advancement, Concordia University Irvine
Jaeger joined Concordia University Irvine in 1997, a comprehensive Lutheran Christian university, serving in Enrollment Services before joining the Foundation in 1999. He has held several leadership roles, including Director of Major Gifts, Executive Director of Development, and, since 2009, Executive Vice President for University Advancement.
Scott Johnson, CEO, Orange Tree
With more than 25 years of experience in new business development, strategic marketing, and significant market expansions in the Orange County MedTech sector, Johnson has served in leadership roles for Square-1 Engineering and M4D, and as president and Board of Directors at DeviceAlliance, and currently serves as CEO of Orange Tree, Orange County's newest MedTech nonprofit.
Cynthia Quimby, Government Relations Manager, Southern California Edison
Quimby represents Southern California Edison in its relationship with cities and communities in Orange County. Previously, Cynthia was the owner of a fundraising and event planning firm providing services for federal, state, and local elected officials, nonprofit organizations, and political action committees. She has served as Deputy Chief of Staff for a State Senator in Orange County and worked for a leading public affairs firm in Washington, DC.
