The Greater Irvine Chamber has installed its 2025–2026 Board of Directors. Three Orange County executives are joining the Board for the first time, and one returns after a hiatus this term:
Mike Merchant, Founder & CEO, Codazen
Merchant leads Codazen, a modern software engineering firm that builds foundational platforms for enterprise organizations. A self-taught programmer since age 12, he brings more than 25 years of experience solving complex technical challenges, including a decade-long partnership with Meta that began with his work on foundational software for Oculus. As a Board member, Merchant chairs the Chamber’s Enabling and Creative Technology Advisory Council.
Carlos Oregon, President & CEO, Thinkbox Technology Group LLC
An experienced entrepreneur and operations and technology leader, Oregon brings 20 years of global experience in business strategy and project management. Previously a member of the Greater Irvine Chamber Board, he is a skilled relationship builder who strengthens the Chamber’s work with strategic and international partners. Oregon is a member of the Chamber Relations & International Activities Committee.
Wayne Stickney, Chief Development Officer, Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County
With expertise that includes nonprofit management, fundraising, corporate sponsorship, revenue generation, facility funding, university relations, marketing strategy, compliance and risk management, and human resources, Stickney excels at identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges, maximizing strategic impact, and fostering inclusive, mission-driven cultures. Stickney is a member of the Chamber’s Nonprofit Advisory Council.
Görkem Seymen Willson, Supply Chain Director, Parker Aerospace
Willson specializes in end-to-end supply chain and operations performance across multi-site organizations. Her expertise includes sales and operations planning, strategic sourcing, supplier development, operational execution, and working-capital optimization. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led cross-functional teams delivering measurable results in complex, regulated, and high-mix environments across aerospace, semiconductors/electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
