The Greater Irvine Chamber’s inaugural half-day ASPIRE Leadership Summit on Thursday, Nov. 21, 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at the beautiful Balboa Bay Resort, 1221 W. Coast Hwy., in Newport Beach, will include two TEDx-style presentations.
Opening the program with a presentation on Transformational Leadership will be Nada Lena Nasserdeen, the founder and CEO of Rise Up For You, #1 best-selling author, leadership and career confidence coach, and TEDx motivational speaker. During what promises to be an inspirational presentation, Nasserdeen will share how you can become the kind of transformational leader, beyond traditional leadership, who doesn’t just manage change but creates it—leading with purpose, vision, and authenticity. She’ll share powerful principles behind transformational leadership and real-world strategies that can help empower you to unlock your full potential and of those around you. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just starting your journey, learn how to embrace the leader within and become a catalyst for meaningful, lasting change.
Steven Keller, Verizon's Pacific Market president, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, will close the Summit with a presentation titled Servant Leadership: Empowering Teams Through Service and Purpose. Keller will share how his experience in the Marines and his transition from the military to the civilian workforce shaped his passion for servant leadership, his leadership style, and his commitment to building a culture of growth and empowerment. Conclude ASPIRE with an inspirational story that can help you discover how you can inspire your team with a sense of service and purpose.
