The Irvine Forward Foundation awarded multiple 2024 scholarships totaling $31,000 to area students.
IRVINE FORWARD FOUNDATION COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP is awarded to graduating seniors attending a high school in Irvine with a 3.5 or higher GPA and taking the lead by serving the Irvine community.
2024 Recipient:
- Abigail Shih, Woodbridge High School
IRVINE FORWARD FOUNDATION STEAM SCHOLARSHIP, sponsored by Chevron, is awarded to graduating seniors who are Irvine residents or attending a high school in Irvine with a 3.2 or higher GPA and intending to major in an academic field of science, technology, engineering, arts, or math. has made a predominant contribution toward the STEAM scholarship.

- Edward Jacob Mendoza, Woodbridge High School
JOHN COLVIN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is awarded to students who have been accepted to or are enrolled in a four-year degree program at an accredited university or college located anywhere in Southern California. Eligible students must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, a demonstrated commitment to a fitness lifestyle, and an objective of contributing to the health and economic vitality of Irvine and California.

COL. THOMAS U. WALL SCHOLARSHIP is awarded to U.S. military veterans, children or grandchildren of a U.S. Military veteran pursuing a career path in science, business, or law enforcement at Irvine Valley College, with a demonstrated financial need and a high school or college G.P.A.of 2.5 or higher.

The Irvine Forward Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on supporting and promoting education through a variety of scholarships for Irvine students. Since it was established by the Greater Irvine Chamber in 2019, the Irvine Forward Foundation has awarded more than $160,000 in scholarships to area students.
