Ideal Hall’s Founder, Rebecca Hall, to Serve as Master of Ceremonies for the Greater Irvine Chamber ASPIRE Half-Day Conference on Nov. 20

A dynamic stage presence and respected business leader, Rebecca Hall, founder, president, and CEO of Idea Hall, will serve as master of ceremonies for the Greater Irvine Chamber’s 2025 ASPIRE half-day power conference on Thursday, Nov. 20, 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at The Westin South Coast Plaza, 686 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa.

Hall will kick off the program with remarks centered on “Developing a High-Performing Organizational Culture, Beginning with You,” setting the tone and offering guidance and insights throughout the remainder of the conference.

Hall founded the namesake Idea Hall, a Certified Woman-Owned Business and nationally recognized creative communications agency, committed to championing good both at home in Orange County and nationwide through an integrated model that brings marketing, branding, public relations, and advertising services together under one roof. For more than two decades, she has earned a reputation as one of the first and most successful female entrepreneurs in the county. She attributes her success to staying ahead, constantly innovating, and maintaining strong relationships. The conference will open with a keynote address by Chris Rosenberg, a dynamic speaker, published author, and founder of The Meridian Advisory Group, Chris Rosenberg. Her address, “The Leadership Growth Ladder,” will lead into three breakout sessions, including the “Advance” breakout session, where she will guide attendees in outlining next-step career goals, reflecting on their most impactful actions of 2025, and pairing with peers to set accountability milestones.

Concluding the program’s sessions, Colin Diaz, founder of Focus on Win 360, will deliver a summation presentation titled "Build & Maintain Momentum for Operational Excellence." He will weave together the day’s learnings into a clear roadmap, leading attendees to craft individualized action plans that ensure they hit the ground running in 2026 with a clear vision and achievable goals. He will observe the event’s three breakout tracks—Connect, Develop, Advance—to inform his closing address and deliver practical, high-impact takeaways.

The Chamber’s annual 40 Under 40 Awards have been reimagined as the Aspiring Leaders Recognition, to be presented during ASPIRE. This program honors Orange County’s early- to mid-career professionals under 40 who are making a difference in their organizations, industries, and communities.
