The Greater Irvine Chamber’s inaugural half-day ASPIRE Leadership Summit on Nov. 21, at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach provided professionals at all career stages with inspiration and information shared by presenters and panelists.
Opening the program with a presentation on Transformational Leadership was Nada Lena Nasserdeen, the founder and CEO of Rise Up For You, #1 best-selling author, leadership and career confidence coach, and TEDx motivational speaker. She shared principles behind transformational leadership.
Steven Keller, Verizon's Pacific Market president, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, closed the Summit with a presentation titled Servant Leadership: Empowering Teams Through Service and Purpose. He shared how his experience in the Marines and his transition from the military to the civilian workforce shaped his servant leadership style and his commitment to building a culture of growth and empowerment.
