Douglas Dilley, Group Vice President, Global Aftermarket Service & Support Operations, Parker Aerospace
Dilley leads the integration of Parker’s global aftermarket services organizations, advancing service excellence and operational alignment. With more than 35 years in the aerospace industry, he has held senior leadership roles across Parker Aerospace, Moog Inc., and Rockwell Collins, bringing deep expertise in global operations and aftermarket services.
Ramin Mousavi, President & CEO, CathWorks
Mousavi leads CathWorks, a global digital health company leveraging artificial intelligence and computational science to transform cardiovascular care. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant commercial and clinical milestones, including its recent acquisition by Medtronic. He brings extensive executive experience from leadership roles at Baxter International, Edwards Lifesciences, Panasonic, and Rockwell Collins.
Julie Sokol, Chief Technology Officer, OCVIBE
Julie Sokol leads the technology strategy for OCSE, focusing on elevating guest experiences and streamlining operations through cutting-edge technology solutions. She has extensive leadership experience in driving innovation and previously held senior roles at Irvine Company, where she served as Senior Vice President of Information and Marketing Technology and at Accenture, as a partner leading large-scale transformations with many top global organizations.
Tawanda Starms, Chief People Officer, People & Culture, Din Tai Fung North America (DTF)
Starms leads people and culture strategy for Din Tai Fung North America, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and scalable growth. She brings a strong track record of leadership from roles at Vacasa, Chipotle, and Taco Bell, where she drove transformation across high-growth organizations.

A seasoned entrepreneur and academic leader, Dr. West has co-founded four startups and has raised more than $2.2 million in funding to expand access to entrepreneurship programs. She was recognized as the Greater Irvine Chamber’s Innovator of the Year (2025) and the Brea Chamber’s Partner of the Year (2024).
