Irvine Mayor Farrah N. Khan Hosts OC Business Industry Tour Events

Irvine Mayor Farrah N. Khan will host Honorable Dilawar Syed, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs at the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs for a two-day summit to discuss Irvine’s business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for Irvine/Orange County business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and thought leaders from the private and public sectors to engage with the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs at the U.S. State Department.

Mayor Khan’s Innovation Startups Roundtable with Honorable Dilawar Syed will be held Wednesday, April 19, at 10 a.m. This will be an opportunity for our local startups to speak directly with Rep. Syed, who is responsible for advancing trade, commercial, and economic policies that create well-paying jobs across communities in America and supporting U.S. companies doing business abroad.

The event location will be shared upon registration. Due to limited space, only two members from each startup are invited to attend. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
