Jocelyn Ruiz, a licensed mortgage broker at Statewide Funding, has been named the Greater Irvine Chamber Ambassador of the Quarter for Q2 2025.
“The most significant benefit of being a Greater Irvine Chamber Ambassador is building strong, meaningful relationships within the business community. It allows me to connect with a wide range of professionals, which in turn helps my clients and allows me to connect others,” Ruiz said. “I want to be a resource so I can help people achieve their goals and support each other’s success.”
Ruiz became an Ambassador just months after joining the Greater Irvine Chamber in 2023 and has been a dedicated leader and advocate ever since. As part of Leads Group 6, she serves as its social media chair, providing awareness of the business referral program.
Ruiz is engaged in Greater Irvine Chamber programs, including consistent participation in networking events such as Good Morning Irvine, Networkers Lunch, and Evening Business Exchange mixers, as well as volunteer service at the Chamber’s signature events. She is a trusted resource for connecting professionals with one another and with the benefits of being a Chamber member.
As a mortgage advisor with over 30 years of experience, Ruiz is an advocate for homeownership and affordable housing. She specializes in helping clients access grants and assistance programs to make homeownership possible. She’s known for finding solutions for self-employed borrowers, first-time buyers, and those with complex financial situations. She offers clients honesty, expertise, and a commitment to guiding them with care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free loan process.
