Jocelyn Ruiz has been named the Greater Irvine Chamber 2026 Ambassador of the Year, recognized for her exceptional dedication to the Ambassador Program and for earning the highest service point total in 2025 through member outreach, ribbon-cuttings, and consistent support of Chamber initiatives.
Ruiz, a business broker with First Choice Business Brokers - Tustin, joined the Ambassador Committee in 2024 shortly after becoming a Greater Irvine Chamber member in late 2023 and has remained highly engaged ever since.
“Being a Chamber Ambassador gives me the opportunity to personally welcome members, build meaningful connections, and support local businesses as they grow,” said Ruiz. “It allows me to serve as a trusted resource and connector, helping members feel engaged, supported, and truly part of a strong and collaborative business community.”
In addition to her Ambassador role, Ruiz actively introduces guests to the Chamber and its programs, including the Leads Groups. She is a member of Leads Group 6, where she serves as social media chair.
A prolific connector and recipient of several Chamber recognitions, Ruiz regularly attends and volunteers at Greater Irvine Chamber networking and signature events, including Exemplars in Leadership.
With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Ruiz applies that depth of expertise to business brokerage transactions. As the owner of First Choice Business Brokers – Tustin, she specializes in business valuations, exit planning, and the sale of privately held companies, guiding clients through a confidential, strategic process designed to maximize value.
Ruiz was presented with the honor at the Greater Irvine Chamber’s Annual Members Meeting in January.
