Top Orange County organizations are partnering with the Greater Irvine Chamber to convene business leaders and the community at the 2026 Exemplars in Leadership on Wednesday, April 29, at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum.

The program will feature a keynote address by Peter Krauss, President & CEO of Terran Orbital, a leading aerospace and defense company specializing in satellite manufacturing. His remarks will explore the central theme: What sets exceptional leaders apart when they operate in the same environment, under the same conditions, and with access to the same resources?
A dynamic panel discussion, moderated by Greater Irvine Chamber President & CEO Dave Coffaro, will bring together accomplished executives: Ramin Mousavi, President & CEO, CathWorks; Julie Sokol, Chief Technology Officer, OCVIBE; and Tawanda Starms, Chief People Officer, People & Culture, Din Tai Fung North America (DTF)
The 2026 Exemplars in Leadership will be held on April 29, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, 7905 Irvine Center Dr.
Check-in and registration will take place from 10:30–11:30 a.m., including a complimentary wine reception on the hotel’s beautiful outdoor patio. The program will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:30 p.m.
Registration also includes a plated, chef-curated prix fixe lunch, complimentary parking, and the opportunity to connect with Orange County’s top executives and decision-makers.
