OC Philanthropic Executives to be Featured During the 2024 Greater Irvine Chamber Women of Influence Panel Discussion

The 2024 Greater Irvine Chamber Women of Influence event, to be held on Thursday, March 14, 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m., at Irvine Marriott Hotel, will include a panel discussion on Leading Through Philanthropy, featuring women who are experts in their charitable fields.


Jenny Dinnen, co-owner & president of MacKenzie Corporation, a second-generation, family-owned business specializing in customer insights and empowering brands to stay relevant by connecting with the people that they serve.    

Dinnen is passionate about empowering next-generation leaders and giving back to her community. With that in mind, she and her twin sister launched their second business, Next Gen Collaborative, a personal growth consulting firm focused on empowering next-generation leaders to find their voice and embrace their futures. She serves as Board Chair for Team Kids; she is a member of the Global Foresight Advisory Council for The Futures School and is a Board Member for the Leadership Tomorrow Orange County chapter. 


Deborah L. Harrington, MBA, director of Baker Tilly Wealth Management, a registered investment advisor.

Active in the community, Harrington has served in several leadership roles, including Orange County Society of Investment Managers, The Pacific Club Board of Directors, past chair of the Orange County Council and Boy Scouts of America, past president of the March of Dimes Board of Directors, past Board of Directors of City of Hope and Construction Industry Alliance, and past March of Dimes’ March for Babies chair.

Madelynn Hirneise, CEO of Families Forward, an organization committed to preventing and ending family homelessness by providing access to housing and resources that create lasting stability.

Hirneise serves in numerous leadership roles, including the Greater Irvine Chamber Board of Directors, First Five Orange County Childcare Cross Sector Task Force, South Orange County Equity Collaborative Committee, OC Grantmakers Equity Summit Planning Committee (2023 Chair), Collaborating Organizations Active in Disaster Orange County Committee, One OC Nonprofit Advisory Council, and the Assistance League of Irvine Community Advisory Council.

Joan Webb, co-founder of the Webb Group, which provides advisory and consulting services to the homebuilding industry.

Webb is serving as 2024 chair of the California Homebuilding Foundation Board of Trustees,  where she also served in the same capacity in 2016, the first woman to hold that position. With her involvement in establishing the John G. Colvin Memorial Scholarship through the Greater Irvine Chamber, Webb was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Irvine Forward Foundation, the Chamber’s scholarship program. Webb is committed to her work with Interval House, an organization that provides comprehensive domestic violence services and housing programs in Los Angeles and Orange counties.

City of Hope Orange County, a diamond-level Leaders Circle partner of the Greater Irvine Chamber, is the presenting sponsor for the eleventh annual Women of Influence event to be held Thursday, March 14, 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m., at Irvine Marriott Hotel, 18000 Von Karman Ave.

Through its Women of Influence awards program, the Greater Irvine Chamber recognizes and empowers women to lead and succeed in their lives, businesses, and communities. During the March 14 event, awards will be presented in these categories: Entrepreneur, Innovator, Executive, Advocate, Authentic Leader, Game Changer, Rising Star, and International Women’s Day Lifetime Achievement.
