A trusted referral can open the door to a new client. A network of trusted referral partners can open many more.
Through the Greater Irvine Chamber Leads Group program, members develop long-term relationships with fellow business professionals who learn their businesses, understand their ideal clients, and can confidently recognize and refer opportunities. As those relationships grow, members gain potential access to the broader networks of their referral partners—multiplying opportunities for meaningful introductions and business growth. To maximize referral opportunities and minimize direct competition, each professional category is represented by only one member within each group.
The results are measurable. Through referrals and relationships developed within the program, Greater Irvine Chamber Leads Groups generated $12.7 million in closed business for participating members in 2025—and more than $16 million so far in 2026. This exclusive, complimentary benefit of Greater Irvine Chamber membership currently has openings for additional participants.
Select groups have openings for professionals in areas including staffing and recruiting, commercial cleaning, franchise consulting, payroll, accounting and bookkeeping, legal services, property management, commercial lending, printing, education and tutoring, hospitality, health insurance, business coaching, event planning, banking, higher education, web design, architecture, skilled trades, and more.
Participation in a Greater Irvine Chamber Leads Group is available exclusively to current Chamber members. Professionals who are not yet members can join the Greater Irvine Chamber online before beginning the Leads Group application process.
Members interested in securing an available professional category can take the following steps:
- Apply for an available category through the Leads Group application.
- Complete Leads Group training to learn the program structure, expectations, and practices for developing productive referral relationships.
- Review, sign, and submit the Leads Group Guidelines.
- Once approved, attend at least three of four consecutive Leads Group meetings to begin building the relationships and consistency that are central to successful participation.
The Greater Irvine Chamber will verify membership and professional category availability as part of the approval process. Because each category is represented by only one member within a group, interested professionals are encouraged to inquire about current openings.
The well-established program brings together professionals from non-competing industries twice each month for structured, relationship-based business development. Members exchange qualified referrals and introductions, share business development strategies, strengthen presentation and selling skills, and support one another’s success.
Most Greater Irvine Chamber Leads Groups meet in person at the Chamber. A new Business-to-Business Leads Group is forming for professionals who serve businesses and organizations. This group provides a dedicated environment to develop B2B relationships, referrals, and business opportunities. The program also offers a virtual Leads Group for members who prefer to participate remotely.
Members can view upcoming Leads Group meetings on the Greater Irvine Chamber Events Calendar.
